Get help with a booking

Open the booking details to check the location, service, partner and current status. Contact the assigned partner through the available booking controls, or contact SOMO support for a problem you cannot resolve.

Keep payment information private

Share the booking or payment reference with support. Do not send passwords, login OTPs, payment OTPs, card PINs or card security codes in a support message.

Privacy and account choices

Use the published privacy policy and account-deletion instructions for information about data and deletion requests. A deletion request may need review of unresolved bookings and transaction records.

Common questions

How can I contact SOMO support?

Email [email protected] with the booking or payment reference and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, OTPs or card details.

What should I do if a payment fails or its status is unclear?

Check the status of the same booking and payment before paying again. If money was debited but the booking does not confirm collection, keep the reference and contact support. Bank and gateway processing can affect the final status.

Can I request deletion if I cannot sign in?

Use the account deletion instructions linked below or email support. Ownership must be verified before an account request can be processed.

Does appearing in AI search mean the app uses AI?

No. Search visibility and product features are separate. SOMO's automated matching, pricing and offers should be described by what they do; advertise an AI feature only when it is enabled and available to users.
